Screwed up - DVD recording related

Basically I need advice, I'm meeting a friend of mine that lives miles away at the DVD recording, and apparently some crazy guy that lives in her town told her in no uncertain terms that he's going to stab and rape her during the gig. I have no idea what he looks like and would normally blow it off and complete bullshit, but shes adamant this guy would do it in a heartbeat, or at least try to. What the fuck do I do?
