Seriously, why is The Locust Years not in my stereo yet?

I've been waiting on a shipment from The End for the last two weeks. Turns out they're not shipping it out until they get The Locust Years in stock since the pre-order was involved in the haul.

same. weird that they wouldn't just send the rest of the order and wait on Locust Years. seems to be what other places do.

jesus fucking christ I'm a tard sometimes. Ordered.

ay carumba

just remember these words:

it won't matter
when it's over
but ending, it's everything
shall we gaze into the sky
and watch the stars expire
or is it just our eyes?
shall we quarrel and conspire
in our cups we'll raise our knuckles to the sun
and curse the sea

and the remaining 6 minutes

=

song of the year

yeah, that album takes several listens but jesus h is it good when it sinks in.

the riffs in "you should have slain me" are unruly.

...waiting for lyrics...

You can pick most of the lyrics out by ear, but it's that odd word or two that makes all the difference...

"Or how you let it happen when you knew it all the time
And you just let them fly
It's in your evil eyes
They way they were betrayed the day they died

Trot out the dead
Trot out the lies"

I have a CD-R somewhere, thing it's The Bastard. Never really liked it much the few times I listened to it before. But my god, you people go on about them so much, I should probably check it out again.

"Gothic power metal" <--- and the reaction it provoked was HILARIOUS.

So what is the quintessential Hammers song, that will persuade me to spend more time on them?
