I guess it's alright as long as you buy the album eventually, but personally I can't really stand this kind of thing... it was the same with Ensiferum's latest album a month before release... my friends were like ''HELL YEAH, DOWNLOAD THIS MAN, IT'S AWESOME'' and I kept replying ''NO I WILL WAIT AND BUY THE DAMN ALBUM AND ACTUALLY TAKE TIME TO APPRECIATE IT, SO SHUT UP'' haha. I just feel it's wrong to download a new album prior to release from your favorite bands: if I were in the band's position I sure wouldn't like to find it on the internet a month before release.
Yeah, I just don't like downloading full albums, if I want to check out a new band I download some stuff of their stuff, and if I like it I'll eventually buy an album of theirs. If I don't like it I stop caring and don't check it out further. If I'm a fan I just wait and buy.
