i think Subaru as a company is really cool. i mean not only do they make EVERY one of their cars in a Stupid Fast version (even the bus-like Forester has a turbo version), but they openly support and advertise toward the gay community.

well, i think the Tribeca is dumb, but that's one lame ride in a series of kickass ones. also i have NEVER seen one of them damn things on the street, and i drive by a Subie dealership daily.

blech, i fucking hate the WRX. i saw one today that didnt have the foglights for some reason. in their place were some terrible plasticky inserts that said WRX or some shit on them. and it was factory.

how many hours are you in the car at one time?

I don't drive, but I take transit. I spend 2-4 hours in the morning and 2-4 hours in the afternoon (depending on numerous conditions). It's usually closer to 2. I also have an hour to kill at lunch, so I need a variety then. Listening to a single CD the entire day and I'd burn myself out on it.

probably the STi, they have fancy headlights so don't need foglights. that car is like, the only thing i'd ever sell mine for. although i wouldn't because it doesn't come as a wagon in the US. i needs my bass-space.

The WRX STi is a monster, too. The problem is that in order to keep the car affordable, like 94.7% of the cost went into the engine, handling & performance brakes. The interior and everything is kind of ghey.

like i said, subarus rule. i think their new designs are strangely ugly though. everything in their last generation i would describe as handsome and rugged. even the grocery-getter soccer-mom outback legacy wagon looked great.

then again, i think the previous generation of Ford's HD trucks are the most handsome vehicles ever built. so maybe my tastes are a little different than most.

that's the Euro version ... the US version is 4 door ... well 5 if you count the hatch ...

you can de-gay it with some accesories ... but it has some sick fast paddle shifters I hear, and a kickass moonroof.
