St Anger - how much did you guys pay for it?

I picked up a copy today for $19.95....I thought that seemed awfully cheap.

20 bucks is the standard Kmart/Target price for all top 20 cd's.

For a cd and DVD - that is an awesome price!

I WIN!

It's because I got it four days early from my local shop, and they didn't know what price other shops were selling at (locally) so they just figured, "its got a DVD, so we'll make it $35"

I don't mind, I think it was MIGHTY worth it.

It's $26.95 at that store now, same as down the road at Sanity.

Target and Kmart have it for $20.80 though

Hate them or not, St Anger is better value for money than anything released by Maiden since they played free gigs at the Rushkin Arms.

Sure, if you don't like it - 20cents will seem too much to pay. But for those who love St Anger, or simply think it's at least ok, $20 represents incredible value for what you get!

The new Maiden album will be hard to find for less than $30. The chances of getting anything like a DVD as a bonus, are like a billion to one.
Rod will ask "why give fans anything for free, when we can charge them for it once - then repackage it and charge them again!"

It is good value. A full length album, plus a DVD, and cool packaging, you can't complain, especially when some albums are barely over 40 minutes, and are $30.

Yeah I have to agree with Koichi, the dvd is really cool in theory, but boring as hell in practice. It was a nice thought though

You must be joking, it goes close to the worst album I have heard in a decade. Its a piss poor numetal album and it sounds worse than a demo. I dont like it at all. But one totally shithouse album in 24 years of Metallica isnt so bad I guess
