Tattoo Action!

Folks tend to over exaggerate our role in this powerful play. We are here 80yrs at best, and I feel comfortable enough in my own skin to adorn it with things that mean something to me, or have meant something to me - I'm not ashamed of who I was or who I am.

Very well said!!!

I have a scorpio on my right ankle (birthsign), two roses in my bikini area (2 children), my horse with tribal around her on my back left shoulderblade (my horse I used to have), and a tribal piece on my lower back (just because I wanted it)...

I don't regret any of mine, and 3 of 4 mean something special. The other one I am just proud of myself for making it through it. Even though it isn't huge it hurt like a bitch... OWWWW

I remember when I got my tattoo done a couple of years back. Most people told me "Ooo, you're going to regret that, when you're 60+ that's gonna be all wrinkly and nasty to look at". Well duh! When I'm 60+ I'm pretty sure most of me is gonna be all wrinkly and nasty to look at! :goggly:

Umm, there's nothing to say that you can't have a boyfriend/girlfriend until the day you die. I mean, I'm pretty sure they're not legally bound to become more than that after a certain period of time.
Shutup faggot.

I'm a scorpio too :p

Tattoos sound ace :)

I love tattoos! I have 4 that are pretty big actually and if I had enough money I´d already have many more. :Smug:

I don´t think one can regret having tattoos done when you are older. You can always look at them and remember the time when you had them done, the kind of person you were at that period of your life, and they´ll remind you of what was important to you then, your passions and your way of thinking. For me they are some kind of my own personal history on my body.

Umm...from what I see and hear, the Tats still stay. They are then called "scars".

Well, as some physicist assured me the tatoo can be "treated" like the
port-wine stain birthmarks today. The tatoo doesn't complitely go away but it does not turn into a scar. He said it faints 90-95% (whatever does that mean)

but it is a physicist who told me that...

Yes, because a physicist delves so much into the study of skin and its treatment.

Physicists study lasers and their effect on tissue... skin is tissue
