Technical Death Metal

I must say I am shocked beyond belief that there is no Tech Death thread here...at least not one that showed up in the search (I apologize if there is one already).
I love technical death metal because it retains the brutality of death metal, but adds unique song structure elements, amazing musicianship, and crazy time signatures.

Some of my favorites are:
Death - Symbolic, Individual Thought Patterns
Sympathy - Arcane Path, Abyssal Throne


So, discuss away.
