I've been in a bad place mentally for a year now so even if good things have happened I usually have a hard time recognizing them as such. However I had to take a couple of weeks vacation in November (because of the rules at my job - I didnt take enough vacation throughout the year) and I decided to finally fix my kitchen. So right now I have freshly painted cabinets (unsure if tis is the best word for it). I have removed the tiles and fixed the walls for new tiles. There is quite some work left but Im getting there.

I had surgery 4 months ago and now my right shoulder has lots of titanium in it and a 30 stitch scar.

After all this time of not being able to move the arm, I am now able to move it properly, starting this week.
Now it's just exercise to get back in shape.
