Nf: I have a nasty cold and two gigs coming up that I want to be well for (Decapitated tonight and Nevermore tomorrow). I recorded 2 new songs though and I am happy with them. Also got the new God forbid album.'tis ace.
Im seeing Decapitated this monday and Nevermore on the 6th, cant wait :D

the doctor put me on a diet. i hate this!
now i'm pondering on how much of this diet i'll actually manage to follow, basically i should avoid sugars (i don't have diabetes, it's something about some kind of dangerous fat that my silly liver produces when i eat sugars), point is, i need them, i don't actually eat much of them, but i tend to feel weak and faint and i need a quick pick up sometimes or an energy boost at breakfast...
so i guess i'll choose the road to heart stroke hoping that just some moderation and sport will work :p

It seems that at times your bloodsugar drops drastically. Instead of eating fast sugars (candies, sweets), you might try to eat slow sugars (bananas, whole wheat bread, meusli, etc). My bloodsugar has always been too low (around 3mmol/l) and racebiking 50-70 km a day obviously didn't make it better. But since I've started eating slow sugars only, I haven't been feeling dizzy/weak anymore at all.
These articles might be interesting for you:

Although hypoglycemia might not be the cause, it still might be interesting to know:

thank you! :) i'll check them out

my bloodsugar seems fine from the blood tests so i shouldn't be hypoglicemic, but it could easily be that it drops when i do also only a small effort. i already eat a lot of bread and pasta but anyway i'll try eating a bigger variety of slow sugars (the doctor told me that too) and see if i find something that still works to give me energy instead of recurring to brioches or stuff like that :)

NF:so tired...(sat evening....) but so happy!
:Spin:
next week we will start rehearsing again after ONE LONG YEAR!!! :hotjump:
(due to that awful tendinitis in my right wrist that seemed not to stop...)

I have a runny nose and crying eyes, i sneeze all the time.. I either caught a cold or an allergy.

i am anxious, starting my own business in october, dunno how it will turn out, looks quite promising. still now and then i get the feeling that i might miss something, that i'm not up for the challenge. but luckily that doesn't last long (the feeling, of course).
other than that, i feel like i'm in love, but i don't know where to start telling this woman.

too many fucking variables in this - a year ago i was complaining about stagnancy, now i got it the other way round and it still is no good.

@Mal: good luck with your new business. :) As for feeling in love, you don't have to tell me, i already know. :loco:

thanks, i guess everyone knows already, it's just that most people won't get any smarter over time ;)

NF: quite lazy.
I'm still feeling quite funny about cutting my hair short for the first time in my whole life. I kind of like it, but in a way i cant do much with it either. So far all i could to is make a little mohawk out of it

I should really be studying for my test tommorow on Cleaning and Corrosion but i'm feeling lazy. One of my old friends is paying me $150 to do some of his math homework but i'm too lazy to do that as well. I want to go back to sleep, but guess what?!... thats right! i'm too lazy :loco:

being lazy rocks!

If you take into account that the german team never even dreamed of getting so far, your comment remains quite toothless :p
