the doctor put me on a diet. i hate this!
now i'm pondering on how much of this diet i'll actually manage to follow, basically i should avoid sugars (i don't have diabetes, it's something about some kind of dangerous fat that my silly liver produces when i eat sugars), point is, i
need them, i don't actually eat much of them, but i tend to feel weak and faint and i need a quick pick up sometimes or an energy boost at breakfast...
so i guess i'll choose the road to heart stroke hoping that just some moderation and sport will work
