The word that annoys me the most, and this is used just as much by the native English speakers is "Anyways". "Anyways" is not a word. "Anyway" is a word and "Any ways" is two words. Examples "Anyway, I was walking to the...." and "Can you think of any ways the..."

Heh, yes, it sounds like teeny slang that got stuck in regular use. Thanks for making me aware; I may have been guilty of that one a few times.
