Well at least in our school French = girly language, Spanish = Stupid kid language so the only recourse is Latin. Plus it's fun reading stories and epic poems.

Most guys took French in our school to stare at the teachers ass. She was a majorette, right out of college.

This is where you have it all wrong. Romans are Italians, like the Trojans were white skinned also. However the spread of Islam meant the turks we know of today (arabs) spread their influence, and moved further and further west until, Greece, Italy, etc, all have 'turk' looking people, or 'greasers' whoever you wanna call them. Which sucks because Italians are now known as slimy wops thanks to a bunch of fucking arabs.
