my biceps suck balls. I'm also not very cut right now at 15% BF

now I'm going to try to get down to 5-7% BF (at around 190 LBs), then ofcourse get bigger from there

Funny thing about my bulbasaur was that I kept the attack "Tackle" throughout the game. It did so much damage at the end when he evolved into that obese lizard with the flower on its back.

They actually did help by lowering defense, but doing two damaging moves always did more than one move on lower defense.
