I fucking hate then when I am working out, I feel really guilty if I stop too soon

I don't feel like I have accomplished anything until every part of every muscle for the day (say triceps, chest, and shoulders) is absolutely annihilated
 
people talk wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much of overtraining, the truth is that the overwhelming majority of people UNDERTRAIN

eh what am I saying here? everybody knows 80-90% of people in the gym have no idea what they are doing
