The most awaited album...

Maybe he should get his priorities right then! I've been buying Fates Warning albums since 1996 and I'm only just starting to really like them since "Disconnected" :)

Yes Crimson Fire have been recording it since December last year.

Ther is also A Live Lillian Axe album on the way. A new Bruce Kulick.
Tonight I picked up my Angel albums,Dungeon, unfortunately no Avantasia might have to order it through Metal Mayhem, however I did pick up the new Thunderstone album...this is a fucking killer....a must to have in any collection...the sticker ont he front says it all "best power metal band since Hammerfall",also a brilliant Shameless album....this has members of Ratt/Pretty Boy Floyd amongst others and is your glam 80's album of albums it is so glam it is pvc/make-up/hairspray personafied.
Shall post full reviews on both the Thunderstone and Shameless albums at a later stage!

Ohhhh I've heard some of the Thunderstone album in Metal Mayhem, sounded quite good. My mate bought it and has been raving about it!

ANd you just mentioned another album Im awaiting...
Avantasia 2! :)

Metallica still have it, they just choose to write boring crap.
Hopefully they'll turn things around.

Somehow I've never gotten into Master of Puppets.

I think Ride The Lightning is brilliant though, Justice is great, and Kill 'Em All is brilliant early thrash... and I love most of the Black album too. Those 4 albums rock, but James' voice puts me off a little bit. Same reason I don't get into Testament that much. But it sounds cool on Kill/Lighting.

Troops, I think you should hand in your Metalhead card at the door and hang your head in shame. Some of the things you come up with are just amazing!

I never said Master Of Puppets wasn't good. I think its a brilliant thrash album, I just don't get into it much. I don't know why, I just don't. My theory has always been that I really like the raw energized Bay Area thrash of the first 2, and the great melodies and songwriting on Justice and Black, and Puppets is stuck somewhere in between. I mean this is probably why most people love it, best of both worlds, but for some reason I'm more attracted to things that go the whole 9 yards with whatever it is rather than compromise lol.

That probably makes no sense but to me it does haha. It's a great album, I just hardly listen to it because I don't enjoy it nearly as much as the other 4 good ones.
