I agree with Ray Allen that fans should get 50% of the vote of the all-star game. It's absurd to vote in a player who hasn't played a game this season.

I agree with Allen too.It doesn't seem right for players who have been injured or hasn't played a game this season.I like the NBA All Star game, although my favorite all star game is the MLB game.
