Miss Machine is compared to Angel Dust by writers in both Terrorizer and Decibel magzines. It doesn't sound like Angel Dust at all. It is also quite a bit different than Irony is a Dead Scene. HOWEVER, it is like Angel Dust in the since that it spits in the face of the mainstream, while still expanding on melody in a way the band has never done before (isn't that exactly what Angel Dust was known for?). Face it, DEP is one of the most important bands in metal right now.One Inch Man said:Well sheeeeeeeeeit. Yeah I have Irony on CD-R, I dig Pig Latin a whole lot, and the other songs are pretty alright when I'm in a tech-metal mood. If Miss Machine is pretty similar I probably won't buy it, I have like 3 albums in similar genres that I only listen to once a year at best, so, like you said. MEH!
