I like the vocals too.
In some part it sounds a bit like this non-metal band Flaw, imo.

I've listened to another song now Demon's Baby, he does alright on this...

The first track that played, Essence of Wounds... ugh. The style he does in most that track just bugs the living fuck out of me.

Bought that Lamented Souls album when it came out a couple of years ago, AMAZING, but really gets pointless after the first handful of tracks, when they have some older not-as-good demos...

still worth buying though.

Well if you consider it a 7 track album, plus the demo songs, it's just AMAZING, as you say, also "Eternal Existence" is probably their best song, Vortex's performance there is phenomenal, to say the least. Extremely unique material as well, no other doom metal band sounds like them.

A couple of things:

Well of Souls is actually pretty good. I really enjoy it.

Isole's Forevermore is confusing me. I want to like it, but for some reason it just reminds me of a doom/death album with a traditional metal vocalist.

Are While HEaven Wept albums impossible to find? Re-issues?

When are Waring's re-releases coming out?

Is The Wizar'd any good?

Opinions on Will of the Gods is Great Power?

oh, and if u REALLY want Of Empires Forlorn (which I think is brilliant btw) there is a couple at my local shop last i looked for like $4. i was right there today actually.
