I have a "three stirkes and you're out" thing about that album. The way I see it, if the next song they put out from it sucks as bad as the other two, I'll have given up. Same for the new A7X album.

But those songs were clearly considered the best, that's why they released them first, as singles. You can automatically assume the rest of the album's gonna be awful

Not necessarily, I usually end up liking some random song on albums moreso than the single. They released those two (I think) because those would get the most radio play-time.
