those cassettes have got to be bootlegs. i remember seeing them on ebay a while back. the font on the orchid tape should have been a big enough hint.

Why? Because there is no logo on it...?
When Orchid was 1st released on CD there was no logo on it...
Opeth started to use this logo later...

I'm pretty sure, that the first three, the BWP and the Damnation are official.
Both Mystic Production and Metal Mind Records are legal record companies and they released records on cassettes in Poland.

I think that the first threee are maybe official but really don't for the others.
First they didn't appeared on the official site, and after Still Life they just stopped the cassette format to CD.
