Not too long ago I scored an Amarican first press and an european first of MAYH, aswell as the Original Still Life, and Orchid of coarse. Plus, a copy of the promo cd 'Selections from Ghost Reveries, signed by Peter and Mikael.

To the best of my knowledge, the third song "Say Goodbye To Love" was never officially released. It was recorded and later provided to fans via download, but was not included on the EP. Never heard of a cassette version either. I smell BS on that listing...
