The Finns (assuming it is a Finnish word) pronounce the Ä like Norwegians pronounce Æ (like Americans pronounce the A in damn, ass bastard wtc). Also, the Finns dont Americanize everything by making vowels into 3 letter combos. Hä-tä-pas-ka should be right.

Ixuminimummassivum should be straight forward and I still have no idea how Akercocke is pronounced since its a British band.
