I've got the "PC version". (Read rom + DS emulator.) I give it a solid meh. It might work better on a DS, but the whole thing just feels a bit clunky. The hype made it sound amazing, but it's just OK.

That said, it's the first of it type, and hopefully it will lead to some amazing stuff down the track.

was going to go see Coraline but said "fuck that!" to paying $20 on a tuesday for it (for the 3D effects) so went and got Animal Crossing: City Life on the Wii instead.

stupid impulse buy but was hopelessly addicted to the previous games.

Cold Divide - Grand Manipulations EP

The 3 track Cold Divide EP is downloadable from their website, and one of the best things I have heard in ages. Hard to explain, kind of industrial melodic stuff, but fucking fantastic and awesome that it is coming out of Melbourne. I can't wait to hear what else they can come up with.

Cool, thanks Shadow,I am a bit of a sports jock, never been into shooters etc, but who knows with the cutting edge technology. I have read about BL sounds fun plus has a killer sound track... hang I think I played GTA and just keep driving around listening to all the old metal, Ozzy, Night Ranger, Autograph, it used to piss the boys off, "Dad u aint playing right"
And Guitar Hero, well who has'nt ...

should be getting it for it my b'day (with luck and cash) but sure that most guys here will grab it when they can.

Lots of purchases for me lately.

Since Marilyn Manson's awesome awesome gig a month or so ago, I have bought his book and filled all the gaps in his back catalogue in my collection. Addicted.

Also picked up the new Dark Tranquillity DVD which looks incredible. Can't wait to get into that one.
Katatonia - Night is the New Day (Swedish Edition) - Very brooding and glum compared with their more recent stuff. Very dark. Will take many listens methinks.
Megadeth - Rude Awakening DVD - have actually never seen it to buy and was cheap at JB.
Will pick up the new Wolfmother and Creed in the next few days too!
