The only self-proclaimed "non-judgmental" people I've met were judgmental as fuck and the only self-proclaimed "empathic" people I've met could not possibly care less about other people. It's like they think by claiming to be those things they don't have to practice it in real life.

What's wrong with being judgmental? Just own it if you're that. Not having empathy means you get to not have any guilt and stomp on people. Isn't that something they like doing anyway? I guess lying is part of the deal so I'm talking in circles. I just hate when people give themselves personality traits as if identifying as it alone says anything about whether or not it's true. Get fucked. Go volunteer at a homeless shelter instead.
