Ice cream sandwiches are indeed quite tasty, especially on a hot day. Though they're a bitch to eat straight out of the freezer, when the ice cream's still all hard. Can't bite into the damn things at all. I'd say the perfect consistency of an ice cream sandwich is when it's just beginning to melt.
