I've only ever been to one concert and no, there was no "Slayer Guy" at a Leo Kottke performance.

These three drunk guys kept screaming "play some fucking deeeeath metal" at the Damnation tour show for Opeth. They werent expecting that kind of set obviously. At one point Martin did a 5 second blast beat just to appease them.

When I saw them on that tour some guys near the front kept yelling for Demon Of The Fall between almost every song. Mikael's only response was the same "the next one will be the most brutal shit ever" standard line.
And at another Opeth show, there was a sighting of the only thing more cliched than a Slayer guy...a Freebird guy.

When I went to see Neil Young, every single fucking time a stage guy came out before the show started, some douche bag would yell "NEEEEIIILLLLLLLLLL IT'S NEEEEEILLLLLLL". Right when the show DID start, there was some smoke on the stage for effect, and the guy kept shouting "IT'S NEEEEEILLLLLL", so this other fellow next to me shouted "OH MY FUCKING GOD, IT'S SMOKEEEEE! SMOOOOKEEEEEEE! SHUT THE FUCK UP!"

There was some contest up here to win a VIP pass to an avril lavigne concert. I tried my ass to win... i wanted to stand their, backstage, hurling insults, slurs and tell her to a face that she sucks balls. Unfortunately, i didn't win.

I make a habit of shouting PLAY MASTER OF PUPPETSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS at opeth gigs. Just to counter the slayer idiots.

At the opeth dvd gig i was stood outside and they were filming all these "fans" and they were doing the SLLLLLLLLLLLLAYERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR thing. Funny how that didn't make the final cut.

Actually, yea, they kinda kicked ass. And that goodness that they played all those eighties classics, as those are actually good. They only okay song they've wriiten in well over a decade is "One", and they played that as well.
