Yeah, I've actually heard a lot of people say the same thing. I wonder if when you're sleeping on your back your brain cortex gets compressed and makes you have nightmares... or something... or wherever in the brain nightmares are produced.

i hate sleeping on my tummy. my butt has a pulse and its annoying when in on my tummy. if i sleep on my back, i have a hard time breathing, and if i sleep on my right side, my arm goes numb. so, i sleeping against the wall on my left side, LOL. i also sleep with a night gueard becasue i grind my teeth severely in my sleep.
