Lurch, did you finish the first season of The Killing? I'm on Episode 8 right now, but I've read that the series finale is shite. What did you think about it?
the 1st Season is great ... I am on Season 2 Ep 4 (latest one) and it's losing steam a bit. they are working some mob angle which I am not digging but it's still interesting.

I was really into The Killing for about the first half of the first season but it just drags on from there. Every episode it seems that more questions arise than are answered. i'll probably still watch the rest of season 2 as the only other shows i'm watching now are game of thrones (read the books) and mad men

I am caught up with The Killing now. I don't think the Mob angle is really that annoying. I'm really curious to see how they are going to unwrap the whole conspiracy.

Currently addicted to Twin Peaks, finally getting around to watching it.
Seems pretty similar to The Killing, just on a storyline basis. Cannot wait to see where this goes

ze wife caught up with Game of Thrones in one week ... I am still on episode 1.
I realized that no matter how good these period pieces are i typically don't give two shits about what happens to the characters as I can't relate to them.
when i'll wear a bear to go hunt for food i might revisit this show.

Aurel, check out the British "who dunnit" Sherlock on netshitz. 3 eps person season, 90 mins an episode. Sherlock is a complete asshole, and the stories are pretty well thought out. Beats the tar out of this CSI bullshit.
