Are you sure it's spelled that way? "Allt" makes sense, it means "everything" in Swedish, but I've never heard of "shesh".

EDIT: Now I see where you found it, on the bottom left picture in the middle of the Exposures booklet, right? Nope, doesn't makes sense to me.
