During a Ziltoid the Omniscient press conference, Devin Townsend has announced that his projects Strapping Young Lad and The Devin Townsend Band have been put to an end, and that he will not be touring again at any point in the future. Devin will, however, continue to make and release solo music.

That was the most entertaining press conference I've ever been to though, and not just because of the free beer. He brought his puppet along and we had a puppet show, it was very humorous - lots of stuff about finding the perfect coffee, and extreme sarcasm. Funny guy

I'm highly irritated as I hadn't really taken the time to sort through my CDs since I moved, and I as I have all my favorite stuff ripped to file and frequently I've made burned copies to play in the car, I don't really go through my collection all that much.

I'm strangely not surprised to see quite a few CDs missing. They've probably been missing since right before I moved. More obnoxious is that those which are missing are coincidentally the favorite bands of the asshole my ex-girlfriend/former roomate was involved with. So far, I'm without:

Megadeth-Rust In Peace
Anthrax- Among the Living
Morbid Angel-Domination
Dark Tranquillity- The Mind's I and Projector
Dying Fetus- Killing On Adrenaline

Highly obnoxious, this is. I should double check to see what else may be missing.

So on the flight home yesterday evening I was sandwiched between a petite asian man and a giant behema of a smelly black man.

I felt bad, since I had to shift my weight towards my left, thus sandwiching the asian man against the window since the darky was fat and smelly.

On flights I always get sat next to either somebody old or somebody crazy. On one of my flights to get over here I was sitting next to a Korean man and a young girl I assume was his daughter. We all had our own TVs and yet as I watched House, he watched it on mine. Also, he kept trying to take pictures of his daughter and she kept getting pissed. She actually ended up slapping him.

While I was flying from Amsterdam to Iceland, my lady friend and I were sitting next to this dutch missionary named Stephen. He was a nice guy, but we were so fucking tired and could not deal with him talking the entire trip. She even put her head on my shoulder and we both closed our eyes, but this did not stop his crazy blabbering.

Mass Holocaust grave found in Ukraine


KIEV, Ukraine - A mass grave holding the remains of thousands of Jews killed by the Nazis has been found in southern Ukraine near the site of what was once a concentration camp, a Jewish community representative said Tuesday.

The grave was found by chance last month when workers were preparing to lay gas pipelines in the village of Gvozdavka-1, near Odessa, said Roman Shvartsman, a spokesman for the regional Jewish community.

I know I'm not the only one that laughed at this.
