I slipped while assembling something today and totally sliced the part inbetween the thumb and the nail. You wouldn't think that it would hurt this bad, but it really does. I feel your pain, Derick. How the fuck am I going to play my Wii all weekend like I planned?

oh snap! I've experienced that pain, as well.

Fortunately I've been playing zelda PHANTOM HOURGLASS on the DS and it only requires my right hand to play via stylus. My gaming shall not end. keep on keepin' on!

Using the computer is a bit of a pain though, since I use my left thumb frequently for the clicky button for the laptop touchpad.

I work front counter at a dry cleaners and most of my day involves pinning tags to incoming clothes, and theres been maaany times when I've accidentally poked that skin between thumb and nail. yeah it fuckin kills.
