Kenneth, I know you must have suffered some weightlifting related injuries before, so give me your thoughts on this:

I've messed up my left rotator cuff. It happened last night whilst working out. I was in the process of setting down a 15 lb weight, but there was something funny on tv and it made me go weak, so instead the weight pulled my arm down with it. Something's been wrong ever since. I can lift my arm, but it hurts quite a bit to do so. Could only sleep on my back without pain. ARGH. Where's that health insurance Obama was talking about?

What do you think I've done k thx.

Honestly, I have messed my shoulder up a bunch of times but never gotten it checked or anything like that. I'm not a therapist or anything but you probably just tweaked or pulled something and the doc will tell you the prototypical "rest, ice, ibuprofen" deal. I'd try that, and if it is still the same by the end of the week, then I'd get it looked at.

Maybe dorian the nurse can chime in.

She clearly pronounced the word several times but the little twit couldn't accept that this word was not in his lexicon. Lucky for him he's homeschooled, I can only imagine the locker room hazing. Though it would probably do him some good.
