I start the day mentally restless and physically exhausted, then end the day physically restless and mentally exhausted. In between, there are transition periods of lying down and getting tiny bits of sleep while my body wants to work out, or the reverse. Bleh.

The way the climate is changing seems to mean that the UK, at least the south anyway, just slowly flips between Spring and Autumn, so it's hotter and wetter on average. Fuck both of those things.
