I work in a restaurant and I'm often doing side work in the kitchen. I absolutely hate it when people assume that my coworkers and I, because we work in a restaurant, are unintelligent. I work with an insanely hard working group of smart people.

Not everybody has the luxury of being able to go for an amazing job.

I am afraid his statement is pretty much correct. Having worked in a restaurant, having a brother who works at one and a best friend who works and 2 others I can safely say a vast majority of restaurant employees are of very low quality. It seems as if food service attracts every alcoholic chain smoking gambler for miles around.

No, I just really don't like the look of most of the rosewood that's being used. There are some darker rosewood fingerboards I've seen that are nice.

Ebony is a little faster and smoother, doesn't make a huge difference unless you're a shredder, but it does look nicer.

You don't even know their names? I used to be really into the turtles when I was a kid. MY favourite is Donatello (the purple one JFAD).
