I have filed a "did not receive by x date" complaint and a "did not receive correct item" complaint and gotten a refund for both.

for those of you who cared enough to look at my post, my cancer can be killed by chemo...its not too serious...its the mother of my kid thats really breaking my heart.

all i can say to you guys is wear a condom every time and stay healthy, both physically and mentally...you will spare yourself a lot of suffering and maybe be able to listen to Opeth's next album in peace.
