I was thinking about it... I was also thinking just pure sear on the grill. Pan searing going to make much of a difference?

I like Craftsmen, so any way you Sears it sounds good.

Searing on the grill works too, I just find pan searing more convenient and more reliable to get perfect every time; I suck at high heat grilling.

I've been getting really good at grilling lately... though, I do stopwatch the searing session. 3 minutes on each side, then it's the open game.
