Tonight's Decision?

It'd be stupid of them to write a concept album and not share it with fans in interviews and such...and I haven't come across any saying so.
Thing is,Viva Emptiness has the kinda theme that's featured in Criminals and Evidence the most too,I think that Tonight's Decision is very alike to that,except that more of the songs steer to the depressing mood. How do you suppose Nightmares By The Sea fits into the concept?

ok.. what album is most depressing ?

For me, Discouraged One is the most depressing. I red a review of this album when it was released and the journalist said that this album was so depressing that you wouldn't have the strength to commit suicide after listening to it. I still think he was right...
