i cant believe nobody still didnt record legend and run with devil:/....sea of lies and nevermore are not the only SyX songs
The Bristol gig was awesome. I wasn't expecting to hear the full Underworld album but when Russell announced that they were going to perform it all I was delighted. Although this was the 1st live Symphony X show for me this was what I wanted to hear as I love the new album even more than V.
The band were in superb form and Russell was outstanding. He can growl and sing equally well and hit the high notes fine. The highlights for me were my favourite, Underworld, To Hell and Back with Russell's masks and surprisingly Swan Song. I thought this was a little tame to be performed live, especially on a heavy performance like this, but it was played and received magnificently.
Excellent gig. Somebody in work asked me if I would go and see them again. What a stupid question. 100% yes!
