Pull The Plug
Defending The Throne
For one anything Akercocke has ever done, I don't have a clue why they get such negative feedback; especially here. They play very tasteful extreme metal.
Slayer - Divine Intervention
Done well. All things good about Slayer is sharply shown here. Why is Seasons In The Abyss considered the "last good" Slayer album?
it's boring, uncreative wankfest. but to each his ownChildren of Bodom - Are you dead yet?
I can't understand whats wrong with that album, really.
Someone mentioned Deliverance...lol...I used to love them...especially What a Joke!
I'm surfing the net for them, and found 2 new albumns that aren't too bad. The music is sweet prog-metal, but the vocals are just too slow...kinda like Nevermore.
oh yeah, and this too:

What fool doesn't appreciate Stormblast ?
I'm pretty sure he's referring specifically to the rerecording.
I'm going to go a bit reverse topic here, and say that South of Heaven has got to be the WORST Slayer album, courtesy of
Tom Araya's abysmally lackluster vocals. His intonation makes it sound like he's leading a exercise class.
Testament-The Gathering
it's boring, uncreative wankfest. but to each his own
I'm pretty sure this album and is very popular and seen in a very positive light.
Also about South Of Heaven being the worst, you have to be kidding me! Yes the vocals are awful, but the songwriting and musicianship is Slayer at some of their finest.

I would hardly call the vocals awful... a tad 'dull' maybe but not awful. And yeah its a fucking classic.![]()
Gothenburg is unpopular around here.
Dark Tranquillity - Projector
Arch Enemy - Burning Bridges
Children Of Bodom - Hatebreeder
Amorphis - Tuonela
