Usb Audiointerface

Hello,
I have to purchase an usb Audio interface. My main aim is to record guitar and bass tracks to reamp in the studioand keys so the first thing I'm looking for is good converters and good clean sound. I have some good pre (api) and DI.

Here the specification I need:
24/96, 24/48 can be ok
2 input/2 output but I'd prefer 4 output
Pro tools/mac compatility
Midi (not necessary)

Do you have some products to suggest?

Actually I'm considering EMU 0404,,,some other ideas?

E-Mu 0404 USB is far better than USB 6, better converters, almost two times larger instrument input level (still can be not enough for passives).
And don`t afraid of beta drivers, I`m knowing some guys that can run E-Mu USB`s with Windows 8
But for MACs E-Mu can be not wiser choice.

Don't waste your money! The pre's are not bad but the drivers are horrid
