srange stuff is happening to me...when i first tried VCC it really made everyting "fit" better,
yesterday i loaded it up, nothing, cranked everyting up still nothing, it seemed like there was no difference,
like it was bypassed but it wasn't...maybe i was just too tired...

Had the exact same issue last night, I think it's the update tbh

I agree with the comments that it doesn't seem to be working anymore, real funny. I had a mix that I had pretty balanced, referenced on a few speakers, went and listened again, it sounds different? I love this plug, but the newest update seems really buggy. I wish I kept the beta version, as that was pretty flawless for me.

Seems like they're beta testing the new update (gearslutz).

How is the CPU usage ? I have an i7 running at 3.0, how many tracks could I hope to use in a big session with a decent amount of plugs ?

Not that it's complicated to print in Reaper (right click / create new take with FX) but I'm curious.

I really like this plugin.. but im not a fan of slap it on everything and be done with it.

It seems easily make the mix very "stiff" and dense.
So im more about really ABing with my eyes closed, not knowing if the plugin is bypassed or not and then decide what I think sounds best.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that does this! I apply that to just about every change I make. Hooray unbiased subjectivity!

I did this on that video demo... just to make sure.
And 100% of the time I could pick Out Bypassed or engaged...

Yeah this plugin sounds good but it is VERY POORLY PROGRAMMED. I'm having all kind of issues with it in Pro Tools on Mac, the groups name don't show up, basically the whole gang function doesn't work, and now it's cutting the signal on one of my tracks as if it was acting like a gate (in the "Neve" mode). If I didn't get an ilok 2 with it, I would seriously ask for an immediate refund (but it'd be a hassle because of the ilok)... Very annoyed and disappointed
