Not a very promising start really, but it's early days. Rather pissed off about Nightwish though, as I think they're one of the most appalling bands ever to form on this planet but they'll no doubt throw some good bands in, they usuallly manage to anyway. What bands would you like to see at Wacken 2005?
Personally I'd like to see Blood Red Throne, Forest Stream, Blut Aus Nord, Deathspell Omega and Summoning, amongst others.

My cousin and I are actually thinking about going next year. It is something we have always wanted to do.

Sinner is also confirmed for the 2005 installment of Wacken. They are doing a special set which will feature alot of vintage stuff.

The rest I missed because I either wasn't interested or was too fucking knackered. I forgot to get sun cream so being the typical pale English person who looks like they've covered their whole body in corpsepaint....I fried like bacon. I wasn't too bothered about missing Destruction as I'd seen them at the X-Mass Fest 2003 in London.

I'll no doubt go to WOA 2005, tempted to get the christmas special offer thing on tickets
