Type O Negative are quite nice, yes. Bloody Kisses and Dead Again are great humor/hardcore/prog/doom/gothrock/metal.

and chrisdoig24k: explosions in the sky really shouldn't be on that list, though they're a good band, they're FAR from metal.

Personally I like Susperia, Candiria, Dexum Zydaire, MudVayne, and Cryptopsy and I think they should be on the list.
