What is "Displeased" label of Opeth´s album? (follow up to LP vs LP...)

Hi again.

It seems like there is a recordcompany from Holland (Displeased) who make Vinyl out of Opeth´s albums...
Is this ok or is it something to beware of?

I can see it on e-bay these days.

I have the 1st issues of the Orchid, MR, and MAYH LP's and they were released by Displeased. So those are legitimate (albeit really disappointing packaging).

BWP DLP and Deliverance picture disc were released by MFN....

the others I don't have so I don't know.
