Know this was meant for blackspirit, but I'll answer anyway: I like the music, but at least the first time I heard it, I didn't like the vocals too much. They were ok, but.... maybe I'll just have to get used to them. But oh, else it was veeery beautiful. I especially liked the last song, Dim Carcosa, but the album was consistently good so it was difficult to pick out one or two
@Fjell, know what you mean but I think the vocals are great. They are not the standard black metal grunt. I think they are perfect for their music. btw have you see their video of Victory of Vahalla? If not, you had to see this. Try to find the site where you can download it:)

it was great!! with capitol G! :D
anyways, they playd allmost the whole Monumension album, and even playd Allforr Odin!!
but they did not play anything from ELD  which is my fav. but then again they playd from Frost :D and some from Blodhemn.. as you could understand this gig was loong! :D
and it was two bands before Enslaved entered: Lumsk(trollish black metal, with only female vocals(did not hear them since we came latish(as usual :D ) but from what I hear about them, it sucked  haha ) and then it was Picafierce, wich started playing when we came there, but right then, the bar was more important :D

but Enslaved was really great! I would say it was one of the best gigs I've been at

*edit*
jus noticed the Your fave gigs thred, this should probably be there, will maybe write more about it in there... but I'm to lazy :)

maybe you ws not there 'cuz it was in Trondheim?
and well, most of the gigs that are here does not get much promotion outside of Trondheim.. 'cuz it is some die-hard metal fans that has started this thing: Zone Metal Night and Dark City. which has alot of metal gigs, with both well know bands(as Enslaved, Myriads, Borkngar, Immortal(soon!!:D) and alot of unknow bands from around Trondheim, and other places... :)
