From Texas, we got all these hip hop stations in the city. I cant stand that stuff influencing people. We got Solitude Aeturnus down here though, haha. You guys get a lot of people migrating from Europe dont you there-im surprised theres not bands sprouting up.

Of course we'd rather have new stuff from Dan all the time, but I want him to take his time and get it out on his terms, not from fans saying "oh, man, i really wanted Nightingale now." 2007 is fine by me, 2006 can be a year of listening to the dozens of Swano things already in existence.

Yea, it's too bad. The metal scene in NYC sucks as far as I can tell. All I ever find are shitty run of the mill death and thrash metal bands, metalcore bands, and generic crappy "traditional" metal. Nothing interesting, creative, or new aside from a few exceptions that I've come across (Bloody Panda; AMAZING funeral doom band, Behold... The Arctopus; insane technical progressive metal, and of course my bands )
