What would you like to see Opeth incorporate into their next album?

I think we all agree that Opeth is perfect now. So many bands nowadays overdo it by trying to put too many elements in. But for the sake of the poll, I could stand to see the Martins naked. Hells yeah.

I also chose the novel, although it would be interesting to see Opeth use instrumentation beyond guitar, bass, and drums...and we could also use an Opeth alarm clock. It would be programmed so that you could choose any moment of any Opeth song at any given time.

Mikael would suck something chronic if he wrote a novel...granted he writes in nice floral language, but a novellist he is not.

It would be the most boring novel in the history of mankind. Akerfeldt would take a chapter to describe the stem of a rose.
No-one would read it. A video clip of a song, that would be something special, if they did it correctly.

Some female vocals could add a lot to a song, but then the song would have to take a female perspective for a moment, and I don't know if they'd want that.

Electronic - no. Opeth said they dn't want to do that anyway, and I'd hate to see them release a Techno album.

Video clip might be neat... but it would not be cost-effective unless they could get it on TV.

I voted for condoms, but to be honest, the unplugged-bonus cd would be cool. It would be very odd thing to do to release something like that. Bands like Metallica do thatkinda tricks, not bands like Opeth. But I sure would like to hear them do.

(I've never get the idea of flavoured condoms, btw....)
