The Bach one cost $1, and the rest cost a total of $1.28, and rthe shipping was $2 plus 50 cents for each additional CD, and all fro the same guy...
I also got Novembers Doom - Of Sculptured Ivy and Stone Flowers for $10 including shipping, and I have a copy of Haven coming
