People are still not getting it. They seem to just give their own definition.

To people who've been asking who cares - this isn't to categorise them into one or the other (or into anything for that matter), it is simply to decide which of two different definitions I've heard ARE MORE ACCURATE.

Don't both to post just to say "Those definitions are crap, COB are ____" or "fuck labels, who cares"
