Fuck gas, I want to see other forms of transportation come to fruition. So we can stop polluting the atmosphere and save ourselves some money that could be spent on more important shit.

Its not like next week were going to discover alternative fuel, if we devote a large amount to research today. We need to fix gas prices then go way way way high on research

as for the recession, people need to stop bitching. it's part of the business cycle, the cycle wouldn't be complete without it. the business cycle is set up to where it fixes itself. plus, we've been due for a recession for a while.

as for the gas prices, the govt. needs to take action with that

That happens to enough companies and we're in a recession... such as we are now.
It's not a matter of just dealing with it. Most economists believe we're heading for a major depression in the next 10 years.
