& after weeks of "SCHLAAAND SCHLAAAND, WELTMEISTAAAA". there are a lot of german mates around here, and some close friends of mine turned nuts after the 4:0 against australia, which was quite annoying. happy that thats over now^^übermut tut selten gut

They've been doing tests with Robben and analysing his playing. Apparently the human brain can't think as fast as Robben's feet move when he's passing a player or players...hahahaha

After all, we can be proud of what we accomplished at this tourney. We played arguably the best football of all teams up to the semis and managed to ex two teams with some of the individually best players in the world, while having one of the youngest teams at the tourney (with many starters having less than 10 caps).
Spain was - once again - the better team and deservedly won. What's so disappointing this time around is not solely our loss, but the fact that this team had every chance (unlike '08 when we got steam-rolled) to come out on top this time if only they'd revived the spirit and attitude of the England and Argentina matches.
I hope Thomas Müller get's the "Best Young Player" award, he surely deserves it. He was severely missed against Spain.
And Klose has still the chance to get even with Ronaldo or to surpass him. Hopefully, he'll be fit till Saturday, that dude deserves a big exit from the World Cup stage as he put a lasting mark on a whole decade for our team.
